Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Le Minh Hoan said that the current situation of recruiting human resources in this field is facing many difficulties, with both quantity and quality decreasing.

On August 25, in Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development organized the "Conference on training and developing human resources for agriculture and rural development in the Central and Central Highlands regions to serve sustainable agricultural and rural development".

Speaking at the conference, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Le Minh Hoan said that training and developing human resources for agriculture and rural development is extremely important. However, the reality of recruiting human resources in this field is facing many difficulties, with both quantity and quality decreasing.

Minister Le Minh Hoan said: "We are always concerned about human resources for rural agriculture. Units join forces to have a new approach, to see many new and more creative perspectives. Everything starts with new ideas, new approaches for sustainable development."

From there, Minister Le Minh Hoan directed that, in order to promote the potential and advantages of agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the Central and Central Highlands regions, the development of agricultural and rural human resources must be associated with the implementation of tasks in the Politburo 's Resolutions on socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security of the region.
