The festival is organized to create conditions for union members and young people to learn about the unique features of national culture, especially the culture of the traditional Southern New Year. Thereby, contributing to propagating and educating union members and young people about love for their homeland and country, national pride, contributing to preserving and promoting the traditional values of their homeland and country. Helping union members and young people have a healthy playground; promoting creativity and solidarity in the collective; promoting cultural and artistic talents, ingenuity of union members and young people; creating conditions for union members and young people to propose solutions and ideas to build "green, clean, beautiful, safe" schools, start-ups and businesses.

With nearly 40 diverse and attractive booths, the event brings a Tet atmosphere full of spring colors and rich Western identity. Each booth will be selected by a class, registered to participate in the activity, develop their own plans, business strategies, marketing, sales and design, decorate the booth, display goods, products, most of which are made by the students themselves... This is not only a fun and entertaining activity for the students of Nguyen Viet Hong High School but also an opportunity for them to experience and get acquainted with the business environment in real life society, where they will soon step into in the near future.

It is estimated that there are about 5,000 people coming to visit, have fun, entertain, and shop at this spring fair. In addition to students and union members of Nguyen Viet Hong High School, there are also enthusiastic visitors and supporters from other universities, colleges, junior high schools, and high schools in Ninh Kieu district, Cai Rang district, Phong Dien district, and Can Tho city. Participating in the festival, students always perform well, ensuring the requirements of security, order, traffic safety, fire prevention and environmental sanitation. The booths are named with signs and signboards that are suitable to the national culture and are very creative.

The At Ty 2025 Spring Fair has truly brought great spiritual value to students after the stressful final exam of the first semester, bringing a business start-up experience, a very useful playground. It has left beautiful memories for students to use as luggage to enter life and stimulate the spirit of creativity, solidarity, independence, self-control, and self-knowledge to equip themselves with the necessary knowledge for the future.
