The first session of the 6th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Youth Union of Phu Tho province, term 2024

On the morning of August 2, at the Provincial Convention Center, the 6th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Phu Tho province, term 2024 - 2029, opened its first working session. The congress was attended by 200 delegates representing more than 196,000 young people in the province.

With the slogan: "Youth of the Homeland: Solidarity - Creativity - Aspiration - Development", at the first session, the Congress consulted to elect the Presidium and Secretariat; reported on the situation of delegates attending the Congress, approved the program, rules and regulations of the Congress; Report on synthesizing opinions contributing to the documents of the 6th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Youth Federation of Phu Tho province, term 2024 - 2029; Report on synthesizing opinions contributing to the documents of the 9th National Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Youth Federation, term 2024 - 2029; Review report of the Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation of Phu Tho province, term V, term 2019 - 2024.

Delegates voted to elect the Provincial Youth Union Committee, term VI.

The Congress promoted democratic consultation to elect the Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union of Phu Tho province, term VI, 2024 - 2029, the position of President of the Association, term VI, consulted to elect the positions of Vice President, Secretariat, Inspection Committee, term VI, consulted to elect delegates to attend the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union , term 2024 - 2029.

Delegates discuss at the forum "Youth of the Homeland proactively participate in digital transformation".

Within the framework of the first session, two discussion forums took place on the topics: "Youth of the Homeland proactively participate in digital transformation" and "Strengthening solidarity and gathering youth, building and developing a strong association". These are special contents that attract a large number of young people, who enthusiastically contribute their opinions. At the forums, young people were able to speak up, analyze the reality, strengths, and tasks of youth in participating in making practical contributions to the digital transformation process in all aspects of life; innovate ways to gather young people to build a united, strong, pioneering, and proactive association in implementing movements.

The Congress is a political forum for the youth of the Ancestral Land to summarize and evaluate the results of implementing the Resolution of the 5th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Phu Tho province, term 2019-2024; at the same time, determine the directions, tasks, and solutions for the work of the Union and the youth movement for the term 2024-2029.

This afternoon, the 6th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Youth Union of Phu Tho province, term 2024 - 2029, will enter a solemn session.
