
On October 4, the delegation of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City led by Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, visited and wished good health to two Vietnamese Heroic Mothers: Nguyen Thi Chinh (born in 1937, residing in Dat Do commune); Tran Thi Luong (born in 1933, residing in Ba Ria ward).
Accompanying the delegation were comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of the Vietnam Women's Union of Ho Chi Minh City, and leaders of Ba Ria ward and Dat Do commune.
The delegation visited the home of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Chinh. Here, Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc kindly inquired about her health and expressed his joy at knowing that Mother Nguyen Thi Chinh was living happily and healthily. He expressed the deep gratitude of the Party Committee, Government and people of Ho Chi Minh City for her great contributions and sacrifices for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Chinh has 3 sons, of which 1 son and her husband are martyrs.

The delegation also visited the home of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Luong. Mother Luong's husband and two children were martyrs. Her whole life was dedicated, contributed, and silently sacrificed for the revolutionary cause, liberating her homeland and country.

Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Phuoc Loc kindly visited Luong's mother. He affirmed that the Party Committee, government and people of Ho Chi Minh City always remember, care for and implement the policy of "Repaying gratitude", considering this a sacred responsibility and sentiment towards the previous generation.
