
Attending the conference were: Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Y Vinh Tor; Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province Le Thi Thanh Xuan; Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee Phuc Binh Nie Kdam; Former Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police, Major General Nguyen Thi Xuan.

At the conference, representatives of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province informed voters about the expected content and program of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, the session will open on October 20 and close on December 12, 2025 at the National Assembly House (Hanoi). At this session, the National Assembly is expected to consider and pass 42 draft laws and 3 resolutions; discuss and decide on major issues on socio -economics, state budget, personnel work, and give opinions on the work reports for the 2021-2026 term of state agencies. This is a session with a very large amount of work, many of which have a direct impact on people's lives.

Voters also heard reports on the results of the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation since the 9th Session. The Delegation has organized many rounds of public consultation, received and summarized opinions sent to competent agencies; received 14 response documents from central ministries and branches, 1 report from the Provincial People's Committee and 8 documents from local departments and branches. The Delegation regularly receives citizens, receives and handles 52 complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections; actively participates in giving opinions on many draft laws and resolutions; organizes surveys on socio-economic development, and resolves complaints and denunciations.
In addition, the Union also carries out many social and charitable activities, supporting policy families, meritorious people, poor but studious students... with a total value of nearly 1 billion VND.

At the conference, voters of Buon Ho ward and other points reflected that there are still problems in resolving policies for veterans who have lost their papers; difficulties in implementing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; and slow progress in construction of some irrigation works.
In addition, voters also expressed concerns about the shortcomings in granting land use right certificates, the rights of contracted workers at coffee companies, as well as the urgent need to bring electricity to households and expand and upgrade the transportation system to serve the travel and transportation of agricultural products and goods.

In addition, voters suggested that all levels and sectors pay more attention to social security policies, especially salary and retirement regimes for officials and civil servants.
Voters believe that after the merger of administrative units, the workload at the commune level has increased significantly, creating great pressure. Therefore, it is recommended that appropriate mechanisms, policies and allowances be soon established for cadres, civil servants and public employees, especially part-time cadres. At the same time, it is necessary to increase investment in infrastructure and equipment to improve the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement, better meeting the needs of the people.

Receiving voters' opinions, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak Province Le Dao An Xuan affirmed: The National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak Province has recorded all recommendations and will coordinate with relevant departments, branches and sectors to officially and fully respond to voters. At the same time, he said that the National Assembly has recently paid special attention to policies for veterans, the elderly, and people without pensions; at the same time, it has implemented many solutions to gradually improve the regime in the context of limited budget.

Regarding the regime and policies for cadres and civil servants after the merger, especially part-time cadres, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation has conducted a survey, noted shortcomings and will continue to make recommendations to the National Assembly for consideration.
Regarding the work of handling complaints and denunciations, the National Assembly Delegation has surveyed the whole province and will continue to monitor and urge the sectors, and at the same time acknowledge the establishment of the Steering Committee and working group by the Provincial People's Committee to handle prolonged cases. The National Assembly Delegation of the province pledges to continue to perform the function of monitoring and making recommendations to competent authorities, ensuring the most complete and timely transmission of the legitimate aspirations of voters.
