Visiting the people of A Ngo commune, Dakrong district, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong praised the efforts of the government and people in recent times. Being a mountainous area bordering Laos, with many difficulties, A Ngo commune has more than 95% of the population belonging to the Pako ethnic minority. In recent times, the people in the area have united, joined hands to build their lives, and developed the local socio -economy more and more.

The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly believes that with the continuous efforts, the Party Committee, government and people of A Ngo commune in particular and Quang Tri province in general will overcome difficulties and develop further; at the same time, he sent his best wishes for the new year to the people in the border area.

On this occasion, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong presented Tet gifts to the People's Committee of Dakrong district and the People's Committee of A Ngo commune; and presented 50 gifts, worth a total of 65 million VND to policy households and households in difficult circumstances in A Ngo commune.
