Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha sympathized with the people affected by storm No. 5 and encouraged them and teachers to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives and teaching activities.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that Party committees and authorities need to mobilize maximum human and material resources to support people, especially families in difficult circumstances, policy families, and the disadvantaged, to quickly repair their houses and prevent people from lacking safe housing.

At the same time, restoring operations at educational and medical facilities must also be prioritized to soon return teaching and health care activities to normal.
