The President's wife and the President's wife of the Philippines stroll around the Tet flower market

President Vo Van Thuong's wife, Mrs. Phan Thi Thanh Tam, and Philippine President's wife, Mrs. Louise Marcos, strolled through the flower market together as the Lunar New Year 2024 is approaching.
