During the past term, the association and women's movement of Military Hospital 87 always closely followed the political tasks of the unit, innovated the content and form of practical and effective activities. Notably, the staff and members actively participated in studying to improve their qualifications at schools and professional activities, thereby contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment.

The average medical examination indicators reached 93,000 patients/year; the average admission and treatment of over 11,800 patients/year; the discharge rate reached 72.29%... The rate of officers and members receiving awards reached 41 - 53% compared to the total number of officers and staff of the entire hospital; there were 8 topics and 3 technical innovation initiatives with high efficiency, of which 1 topic won the Creative Youth Award in the Army.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the association's work and women's movement at Military Hospital 87 will focus on promoting propaganda and educating members to actively study, improve professional qualifications and digital skills, and be ready to receive and complete assigned tasks well.

Speaking at the congress, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thi Hanh requested that during the 2025 - 2030 term, the Hospital Women's Association continue to innovate the content and form, diversify the association's activities, and focus on improving professional qualifications and medical ethics.

Cadres need to grasp the functions of the association, resolve the thoughts and aspirations of members, promote the role of women in building happy families; each member continues to practice the moral qualities of "Confidence, self-respect, loyalty, and responsibility", striving to achieve the criteria of Vietnamese women in the new era, and women in the Army "Courage, intelligence, discipline, and humanity".
