On June 28, officials and people of Phuong Liet ward decorated and cleaned the environment to celebrate the announcement ceremony of the two-level local government model.

The leader of Phuong Liet Ward People's Committee said that officials and people had organized decorations and general environmental cleaning to joyfully welcome the announcement ceremony of the two-level local government model associated with the celebration of major holidays of the capital and the country.

This is not only a ceremonial activity but also an event of special significance in creating consensus and affirming the determination of officials and people in implementing the two-level government model, ensuring compliance with Central regulations.
