Quang Ninh organizes the 60th anniversary of the province's founding (October 30, 1963

The 60th anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province (October 30, 1963 - October 30, 2023) will take place at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, October 28, at October 30 Square, Hong Hai ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.

The program has the theme "Aspiration to build a model, rich, civilized, and modern Quang Ninh", total duration of 130 minutes, broadcast live on QTV1 - Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center .

Delegates, guests, and people attending the Celebration included 10,000 people (of which, 6,000 people were citizens; delegates, parade forces, and marching troops about 4,000 people).

The force participating in the program includes 1,000 actors from the Drum Art Troupe of the People's Police Academy of the Ministry of Public Security ; 600 central and local singers and actors, including nearly 300 students from Ha Long University and children from the Youth Cultural Palace.

The celebration was solemnly built, smoothly combining the ceremony, the parade and a unique art program with consistent political ideology, highly general and imbued with the culture, spirit and will of the people of the mining region, through 60 years of formation and development.

The art program was elaborately staged with musical works written about Quang Ninh through the ages, strung together like a "proud melody" about the development process of Quang Ninh province.

It is a unique epic performance recreating the indomitable will of the people of Quang Ninh on the journey of construction and development from the heroic spirit of Dong A to the Ho Chi Minh era, along with newly composed songs exclusively for the celebration.

The ceremony was attended by famous singers and artists from Quang Ninh such as: People's Artist Quang Tho, Ngoc Anh, Tuan Anh, Thuy Dung, Hoang Tung, To Minh Thang, Ho Quynh Huong, Hoang Thai...

More than 2,500 forces participating in the parade are actively practicing, and the groups participating in the parade have clearly identified the importance of training.

Up to this point, the parades have been in order, in formation and with standard movements. All officers, soldiers and people have shown great determination and made every effort.

The program uses modern sound and lighting equipment and projection technology, and the stage and stands are the largest ever.

The program ended with a 15-minute high-altitude fireworks display, fired at sea about 300 meters from the stage area, chaired by the Provincial Military Command, in coordination with agencies and units.

This is an event of great significance in the economic, political, cultural and social life of Quang Ninh province. It is an opportunity to summarize, recognize, evaluate and affirm the results achieved over 60 years of construction and development of the province with many outstanding and comprehensive achievements, great contributions and the important position of the province to the overall development of the country.

Through the celebration to review the formation, development and revolutionary tradition of the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province through the periods of struggle, construction and defense of the Fatherland.

The program depicts the image of Quang Ninh people through the process of labor, creativity, patriotism, tradition of "discipline and unity", self-reliance, self-improvement, and aspiration to build Quang Ninh province into a model, rich, civilized, and modern province.
