After 23 working days, the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly has completed the entire proposed program. The National Assembly passed 8 laws, 17 resolutions, gave second opinions on 1 draft law, and gave first opinions on 8 other draft laws.

Accordingly, after 23 working days, the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly has completed the entire proposed program. The National Assembly passed 8 laws, 17 resolutions, gave second opinions on 1 draft law, and gave first opinions on 8 other draft laws.

Along with that, supreme supervision of the topic "Mobilization, management and use of resources for Covid-19 prevention and control; implementation of policies and laws on grassroots health and preventive medicine".

Also at the session, the National Assembly conducted questions and answers; considered and decided on personnel, socio -economic and state budget issues. Along with that, it reviewed reports on voters' petitions and resolved voters' petitions along with a number of other important contents.

At this session, the National Assembly considered and decided to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Phu Cuong from the position of member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee, and to remove him from the duties of a deputy of the 15th National Assembly. At the same time, it approved the proposal to dismiss Mr. Tran Hong Ha from the position of Minister of Natural Resources and Environment for the 2021-2026 term.

At the same time, Mr. Le Quang Manh was elected as a member of the National Assembly Standing Committee and Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee of the 15th National Assembly. In addition, the proposal to appoint Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh as Minister of Natural Resources and Environment for the 2021-2026 term was approved; and the proposal to appoint Judge of the Supreme People's Court was approved.

Regarding supreme supervision, during 2.5 days, the National Assembly questioned the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Minister of Science and Technology; the Minister of Transport and the Minister and Chairman of the Ethnic Committee.

The issues selected by the National Assembly are necessary, meeting the practical needs and wishes of the people and voters. The National Assembly passed a Resolution on questioning activities at the 5th session, which is the basis for the National Assembly to conduct re-supervision and consider a vote of confidence at the 6th session.
