Explosion of creativity
Since the beginning of the year, from veteran artists to young artists, rookies have successively launched many music projects with positive energy. These are songs, MVs, EPs (extended music discs), mini albums, albums... with diverse themes and genres. Not only are concerts and music nights taking place everywhere, music and entertainment programs are professionally organized, but the audience also gets to witness new and attractive ways of releasing and promoting.

We can mention the "new winds" that Hoang Dung and Den Vau brought in a contemplative product One Day Someday . The combination of gentle melody with deep, rustic rap has made the work considered the most notable combination of Vietnamese music since the beginning of 2025. Or the collaboration of Neko Le and Kien Ung to make the MV Si , showing a breakthrough and courage to overcome oneself.
On September 28, rapper Dinh Tien Dat introduced the EP I'm 30 - I'm still here after 30 years , marking the milestone of 30 years of artistic activities and, in some ways, marking the return and catching up of previous generation artists with the modern music market. Young singer Quoc Thien has just announced the live concert Skynote - The Reflectio in Ho Chi Minh City on November 2, expected to attract about 10,000 spectators and the profits from the concert will be used to plant 10,000 trees for 6 forests in Vietnam.
Most recently, singer Thoại Nghi released the music product Surrender , made 100% by phone, updated with new generation AI technology to bring cinematic frames. Singer Nguyên Vũ released the MV Say Một Đời Vì Em , the song was originally performed by AI, but instead of letting technology take the spotlight, Nguyên Vũ bought the copyright, making the song an official product under his name. He affirmed: "Technology can create melodies, but only humans can convey the soul of music."
Break out, reach out to the world
At this time, domestic audiences are looking forward to special music nights held both domestically and internationally, opening a new stage for Vietnamese music to go beyond the borders of Vietnam. Notably, in mid-September, singer My Linh opened My Linh Xin Chao Tour 2025 - an Asian tour in Japan. The music night marked a special reunion of musician Anh Quan, My Linh and young singer My Anh - representing the new generation of Vietnamese artists.
The auditorium was packed and My Linh's music became a cultural bridge, sending the message "Vietnamese music - not only for the Vietnamese, but also a gift to share with the world". My Linh Xin Chao Tour 2025 will continue to Korea and many other Asian countries. Singer Vu recently released the concert film Bao muoi viet , and at the same time launched the next series of shows of this album in Australia. Specifically, there will be 2 shows in Melbourne (November 5) and Sydney (November 8). The event promises to bring emotional musical experiences to international audiences.
On December 13, My Tam's live concert is scheduled to take place at My Dinh Stadium - Hanoi . The live concert will be fully invested in music, stage, lighting and visual effects, to create a lively and complete musical experience for the audience, promising to become one of the most anticipated music events of the year.
In addition to the artists “exporting” music, from October 4th to 10th, domestic audiences will have the opportunity to watch Asian music groups such as Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand... compete and perform in Vietnam. This is an opportunity for the top 11 of the All-Around Rookie program (organized by Yeah1 Group) to compete, exchange and learn from professional international music groups. The cooperation between production units, training units, and domestic and foreign music corporations opens up a new direction for the Vietnamese music industry.
From now until the end of the year, the Vietnamese music market will continue to be vibrant. With the launching pad of the programs, new elements will enter the music scene, creating a "new breeze". Artists and music products are increasingly approaching world music, creating a foundation for Vietnamese music to confidently export.
