Members of the Award Judging Council discussed and commented on the content of related draft documents and the results of scoring press works participating in the Award publicly, democratically, according to the principle of minority submission to the majority.
In the event that a work whose score is scored by the members of the Judging Council (in a group) has a difference of 2 points between the highest and lowest scores, the Team Leader is responsible for inviting the members to consult and re-judge so that the score is not different from the Provincial Press Award Regulations; if any member of the group does not agree, the Judging Council shall report to the Judging Council for consideration and decision on the score of that work by secret ballot. In the event that the members of the Judging Council cannot decide, the decision shall be given to the Chairman of the Judging Council.
The results of the Score Sheets of each member of the Judging Council will be saved for the Chairman of the Judging Council to use as a basis for submission to the 9th Dak Nong Provincial Press Awards Council, 2024 for appraisal.
