At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee approved the decision to establish the Xuan Quang Commune Good Production and Business Farmers Club with 28 members and the club's operating regulations. The members are typical examples of good production and business in cultivation, animal husbandry, and commercial services in the commune.
This is the first excellent production and business club of the province, and at the same time is a model club to deploy and develop at district and commune levels, thereby promoting the movement of good farmers in production and business, contributing to the good implementation of programs to build advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas.
