In order for the OCOP program to not only increase the quantity of products but also make a breakthrough in the quality and value of products, localities in the province have focused on applying science and technology (S&T) in all stages: from production, processing to management and trade promotion. This is considered an important key to enhance the OCOP brand in the current period.

It focuses on guiding units, organizations and individuals on labeling goods, registering codes and barcodes; tracing product origins; establishing and enforcing intellectual property rights; supporting the transfer and application of science and technology in production...
