Digital Trade and Regional Connectivity Week – Da Nang 2025 is coming soon

DNVN - From August 1 to 3, the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang in coordination with the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy (Ministry of Industry and Trade), Vietnam E-commerce Association organized "Digital Commerce and Regional Connection Week - Da Nang 2025".

The Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang said that the event will take place at the East Bank Park of Dragon Bridge and the area opposite the Han River (An Hai Ward, Da Nang City), aiming to contribute to the continued effective implementation of the policy of promoting digital transformation, developing e-commerce and cashless payments.

The highlight of “Digital Trade and Regional Connectivity Week – Da Nang 2025” is a series of activities that connect the region and comprehensively digitize. It focuses on introducing digital transformation solutions in the trade sector, opening up a space for exchange and experience of new technologies. At the same time, it creates conditions for typical products and OCOP to reach consumers.

The event is expected to have more than 80 booths, including OCOP products, regional specialties; advanced digital technology solutions such as cashless payments, e-wallets, artificial intelligence applications, e-commerce platforms; experience programs, trials, training, guidance, coaching to participate in digital transformation products and services, livestream sales (completely free).

Also within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee will announce the Digital Transformation Community of Traditional Market Traders; a conference summarizing regional linkages on e-commerce development. Along with that, there will be livestream sessions introducing OCOP products and typical goods on TikTok and Shopee platforms on the evenings of August 1 and 2; free training sessions on livestream practice, online branding, and booth operation on domestic and international e-commerce platforms.

This is an opportunity for businesses and organizations in the fields of production, distribution, digital technology, e-commerce, finance, telecommunications, etc. to serve people and tourists inside and outside Da Nang city to visit, experience, and shop by cashless payment from 9am to 10pm on the days of the event.

Responding to the "Digital Trade and Regional Connection Week - Da Nang 2025", the Market Management and Development Company (under the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang) has just organized a training conference on trade civilization and digital transformation for nearly 100 business households at its affiliated markets.

At the training session, with the participation of reporter Hoang Ha Tien - Master of Business Administration, Danang College of Commerce, business households were imparted and disseminated knowledge and skills on commercial civilization, digital transformation at traditional markets; introduced about regulations and rules in market sales; standards of civilized commercial markets.

At the same time, training is provided to improve sales attitudes at traditional markets, tourist markets, etc., some rules of conduct; experience in handling situations; sales skills and digital transformation in sales; cashless payments for service fees and for customers.
