Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Principal of HUFLIT, said that the school provides knowledge and practice. However, in terms of "combat" experience, students need to learn more from businesses. Businesses believe that today's Gen Z generation is very dynamic and creative, but still does not stick with each job position for long.

Before attending the festival, Minh Anh, a senior student majoring in Chinese, had planned to "hunt" for part-time jobs at foreign language centers that teach Chinese. After researching the company and receiving advice from experts, Minh Anh decided to change direction and try her hand at a job as a translation assistant at a multinational company.

"I'm very excited about my new job. Although it requires a lot of traveling, it will definitely give me many interesting experiences and help me communicate more confidently in Chinese," Minh Anh said.
