People's houses and properties were severely damaged. Many areas are still divided and isolated by floods and landslides, making people's lives very difficult.

Leaders, officials, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department of Information and Communications of Hoa Binh donated to support people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

Promoting the tradition of national solidarity, with the spirit of "mutual love and support", "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" and responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province to mobilize support for compatriots to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3. After the call for support, the leaders of the Department of Information and Communications of Hoa Binh province together with cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department participated in donating more than 15 million VND. The entire amount will be transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for coordination and timely transfer to localities, helping compatriots overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 3./.
