In the document, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee unanimously concluded to continue to strictly implement the suspension of civil servant recruitment, appointment, nomination of candidates for higher positions or the policy of perfecting leadership and management positions of agencies and units, and supplementing Party committees and Standing Committees of Party committees at commune and district levels for the 2020-2025 term until new instructions are issued.

Pursuant to the direction of the Politburo in Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW, the Secretaries of districts, towns and Thu Duc City carry out ideological work, motivate local cadres, and ensure the maintenance of regular activities in the locality until the district-level arrangement is carried out according to the direction of the Central Government.
