Free cancer screening for 255 women in border areas

On September 10 and 11, the Kien Giang Association for Supporting Poor Patients coordinated with the Provincial Women's Union and the An Giang Provincial Center for Disease Control to organize free cancer screening for women in difficult circumstances in Giang Thanh and Vinh Dieu communes.

Doctors and nurses examined and performed necessary tests for 255 women in Giang Thanh and Vinh Dieu communes.

The organizers also provide advice on disease prevention, encourage women to proactively check their health regularly, advise on proper nutrition, and build a scientific and healthy lifestyle.

This is a meaningful activity, helping women in border areas, especially women in difficult circumstances, to access medical services and health screening.
