In 2026, the activities of the Military - People celebrating the Traditional New Year will be held in Hoa Dien commune, with contents and activities such as: Propaganda work; implementation of social welfare projects; policy work; organization of cultural, artistic, physical education and sports movements.

The Steering Committee and the agencies, units and localities assigned to participate in the implementation of projects and tasks in the Army - People Tet activities basically did a good job in developing the activity plan, closely following the content and requirements of the Steering Committee and the Organizing Committee; during the implementation process, the agencies and units also did a good job in conducting field surveys and preparing human and material resources to serve the activities.

Up to now, the Military - People Tet activity to celebrate the Traditional Tet held in Hoa Dien commune has built 19 houses for the subjects, including 17 Great Unity houses, 1 Comrade house and a Farmer's Warm House. Built 3 rural traffic bridges; built 2 projects to light up the countryside roads with a length of more than 2 km.

Supported the implementation of a project "Growing high-quality rice" on an area of 30 hectares for 10 farmer households with an amount of 500 million VND. Organized visits, gave gifts, examined, provided health consultations and provided free medicine to thousands of people in the area.

Comrade Le Trung Ho, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the Military-Civilian Tet activities of An Giang province, gave a speech at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Le Trung Ho, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the Military-Civilian Tet activities of An Giang province highly appreciated the efforts of agencies and units in implementing assigned tasks in the series of Military-Civilian Tet activities of the province in the past time.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the Military-Civilian Tet is a form of comprehensive mass mobilization work, with the cooperation of the entire political system at all levels, the participation of the community of companies, businesses, philanthropists inside and outside the province, the support of the armed forces, and the consensus of the people and localities.

Comrade Le Trung Ho requested that in the coming time, agencies and units continue to disseminate to the steering committee, departments, branches and local People's Committees the purpose and meaning of the Military-Civilian Tet activities, thereby continuing to raise awareness among cadres and people.

The standing agency of the steering committee continues to review all work to complete the remaining tasks, ensuring propaganda content before and during the Military-Civilian Tet; environmental protection works and traffic route clearing need to carry out technical surveys well.

Regarding social policy activities, agencies and units need to promote the mobilization of funding from organizations and individuals to increase resources to ensure good implementation of assigned tasks...
