Who is the new Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police?

Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Security, Ministry of Public Security, has just been transferred to take up work and hold the position of Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police.

On the afternoon of November 4, at Ninh Binh Provincial Police, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.

Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, presented the decision to transfer and appoint Colonel Dinh Viet Dung to the position of Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision to transfer Colonel Dang Trong Cuong, Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police, to take up work and hold the position of Director of Son La Provincial Police; transfer and appoint Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Security, to take up work and hold the position of Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of Colonel Dang Trong Cuong and Colonel Dinh Viet Dung in all aspects of work, combat, and force building at the units in recent times.

Ninh Binh Provincial Party Secretary Doan Minh Huan presented flowers to congratulate Colonel Dinh Viet Dung.

Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police, thanked the leaders of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council and the People's Committee of Ninh Binh Province for their attention and support in creating favorable conditions for him to take on his new position.
