The Prime Minister decided to reappoint Vice Admiral Tran Thanh Nghiem, member of the Party Central Committee, to the position of Commander of the Navy.

Mr. Tran Thanh Nghiem was born in 1970, his hometown is Ninh Binh . In 2020, he was appointed Commander of the Navy.

The Prime Minister appointed Major General Le Dinh Cuong, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Vietnam Coast Guard, to hold the position of Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard.

Mr. Cuong has held the position of Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Vietnam Coast Guard Command since October 2021.

The Prime Minister decided to reappoint Major General Ha Tat Dat to the position of Deputy Commander of Military Region 3. Mr. Dat was appointed to the position of Deputy Commander of Military Region 3 in September 2020.

In addition, the Prime Minister also decided to reappoint Mr. Nguyen Tuan Hung to the position of Deputy General Director of Vietnam News Agency.
