On July 5, Tay Ho District Party Committee held a conference to review 10 years of implementing Decision No. 218-QD/TU of the Politburo (11th tenure) on "Regulations on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people participating in giving opinions on Party building and government building" and to review mass mobilization work, democracy regulations, and religious work in the first 6 months of 2023.

After 10 years of implementing Decision No. 218-QD/TU of the Politburo , the contribution of ideas to Party building and government building has been proactively implemented by the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in many forms. Thereby, the role of people as masters has been promoted well with the motto: "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit"...

Head of the Tay Ho District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee Nguyen Le Hoang spoke at the conference.

The entire district has organized 75 direct dialogues (between the heads of Party committees and authorities with the Fatherland Front , socio-political organizations and the people; between the ward People's Committee chairman and the people). The resolution rate is more than 80% of the cases. The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in the district have more than 910 opinions to contribute to building the Party organization and more than 8,715 opinions to contribute to Party members...

Regarding the implementation of mass mobilization work, the Democratic Regulations, and religious work in the first 6 months of the year, closely following the annual theme of "Discipline, responsibility, action, creativity, development", the mass mobilization system from the district to the grassroots level has deployed the Party's mass mobilization work in conjunction with local political tasks, patriotic emulation movements, focusing on the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization"; building models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in all areas of social life, especially mass mobilization work in the field of religious security, site clearance for projects in the area... thereby demonstrating the role and responsibility of cadres and party members, especially the responsibility of leaders...

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of Tay Ho District Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan commended the results that the Party committees and district authorities at all levels have achieved in recent times.

Emphasizing the key tasks in the coming time, comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan requested units to focus on implementing four key tasks. First of all, it is necessary to strengthen leadership and direction to effectively implement the decisions of the Central Committee, Hanoi Party Committee, Tay Ho District Party Committee on contact and dialogue with the people. Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan also suggested that Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations continue to focus on directing grassroots organizations to innovate leadership content and methods in a way that is close to the grassroots, linked to the key political tasks of each locality and unit; do a good job of propaganda, mobilization, and grasping the people's situation; strengthen dialogue to promptly resolve people's livelihood and pressing issues.
