In 2025, the project to renovate To Ngoc Van street is expected to be implemented.

Recently, some media agencies reported that To Ngoc Van Street (Quang An Ward) has degraded and collapsed, creating deep holes that cause traffic safety problems. Regarding this issue, on November 19, a representative of Tay Ho District People's Committee said that To Ngoc Van Street is included in the district's construction and renovation plan.

The area being renovated and upgraded has a total length of 436m, the starting point intersects with Xuan Dieu Street, the end point intersects with Lane 67 To Ngoc Van, the route is invested in synchronous technical infrastructure, drainage, trees, lighting, traffic organization...

According to the design, the road will have a scale of 2 lanes, the road surface width is 7.5m. The width of the sidewalks on both sides is 6m, the roadbed width is 13.5m according to the plan. The total investment of the project is more than 195 billion VND, of which the cost of compensation, support and resettlement is nearly 158 billion VND.

To implement the project, the functional units plan to reclaim about 2,121.5 square meters of land. Of which, 95 cases have land within the clearance boundary. Currently, the district's functional units are determining specific land prices to implement the site clearance work, expected to be implemented in 2025.
