It is the study and following of Uncle Ho associated with the implementation of the theme "Discipline, responsibility, action, innovation and development" that has improved the sense of responsibility and service quality of Hanoi's cadres and civil servants. Units have taken innovation as a thinking method, taking exemplary behavior and effectiveness in performing tasks as a basis to evaluate the results of studying and following Uncle Ho, thereby creating a strong spillover effect to the city's working areas.

At the same time, building and implementing models of learning and following Uncle Ho has also become an effective measure to systematize Ho Chi Minh's viewpoints, thoughts and style into the awareness of cadres and party members, and to manifest them in the daily work of each person. Thereby, removing "obstacles" and "bottlenecks" in self-respect and sense of responsibility at work; creating new momentum for improving working style and methods.

At the same time, they are practical and effective in helping each other do business, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, practice thrift, fight waste, build new rural areas...

Through extensive implementation, it has raised awareness of regular self-improvement and training, strengthened discipline, order, innovated working style, lifestyle and attitude of serving the people of each cadre and civil servant.

Improve the quality of administrative reform, effectively resolve pressing and outstanding issues, especially in land management, construction order, etc. Thereby, promote the positivity, proactiveness, creativity, self-awareness, exemplary behavior, and sense of responsibility of Party committees and leaders of all sectors and levels.

At a time when the whole country as well as Hanoi City are focusing on accelerating and reaching the finish line in socio-economic development and disbursing public investment capital for the entire term, the sense of responsibility of the team of cadres and civil servants is further promoted.

In particular, it raises the sense of responsibility of leaders of Party committees and authorities for thoroughly resolving pressing, outstanding, limited and weak issues in each field, locality and unit.

Promote development

It can be said that the spirit of initiative and creativity from the city has spread strongly to the grassroots level. This will also be the "formula" for units to mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system to successfully carry out tasks. At the same time, speed up the disbursement of public investment capital and key projects, especially traffic infrastructure projects, environmental pollution treatment and resolution.

Continue administrative reform, reorganize the apparatus, tighten discipline; strengthen decentralization and delegation of authority in the direction of "local decision, local action, local responsibility" associated with strengthening inspection and supervision... To do so, promoting the sense of responsibility, public service awareness, innovation and creativity is increasingly required.

The city also continues to implement the criteria for evaluating and quantifying the results of learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings in conjunction with the performance of individual tasks, thereby increasing the awareness, responsibility, and self-awareness in performing public duties of officials and employees; creating an environment for creativity, innovation, development, and improving the quality and efficiency of operations of each locality and unit.

Along with that, enhancing publicity, transparency and accountability in handling work at administrative agencies from city to grassroots levels. Thus, the exemplary role in studying and following Uncle Ho's ideology has and will continue to help units have specific topics in enhancing public service responsibilities and synchronously deploying solutions to promote socio-economic development.
