On the afternoon of October 2, at the hall of the Ward Political Center, the People's Committee of Hong Bang Ward organized a dialogue conference between the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee and the people in 2025. Comrade Pham Van Doan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee chaired the conference.

At the dialogue, 12 people participated in speaking with 27 opinions and recommendations on issues directly related to socio -economics and people's lives.

Regarding urban management, environmental sanitation and civilized lifestyle, some opinions reflect the local flooding situation in some alleys and lanes during the rainy season, suggesting that the Ward People's Committee pay attention to investing in improving the drainage system. People also recommended that the ward upgrade and repair some degraded alleys and coordinate with specialized agencies to renovate and trim trees to ensure safety during the rainy season...

People made recommendations at the dialogue.

Regarding land management and issuance of land use right certificates, some residents requested that the ward's specialized departments and offices closely coordinate with functional agencies to promptly resolve problems and ensure the legitimate rights of the people.

There were 12 speeches with 27 opinions at the dialogue.

The issues that people reflected and discussed at the conference were all received and answered by the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee at the dialogue and directed and assigned to relevant departments, offices and units to advise and resolve the content of people's opinions according to authority and regulations.
