Training on state management in the construction sector

DNO - On the morning of October 4, the Department of Construction of Da Nang city organized a training conference on state management of construction for officials, civil servants and public employees of communes and wards in the south of the city.

At the training conference, commune-level cadres, civil servants and public employees were informed and instructed on topics on: construction licensing; construction quality management, construction activity management; architectural planning, urban development, technical infrastructure and traffic; administrative procedures according to decentralization and delegation of authority in construction management; some issues on digital transformation and application of science and technology in the construction industry.

The conference aims to synchronously deploy professional and technical guidance documents in the construction field, contributing to improving the capacity to advise and organize the implementation of legal regulations.

At the meeting, the Department of Construction listened to feedback from the grassroots on difficulties and problems in practice to support localities and units in the process of implementing tasks.

At the same time, share solutions in construction management, urban-rural planning, technical infrastructure, traffic, and other fields under the authority of commune and ward authorities.

Thereby, ensuring that state management activities on construction are unified, smooth and effective, in accordance with practical requirements in organizing the 2-level urban government model in the city.
