Groundbreaking ceremony for social housing construction in My Hanh commune

Leaders of the Department of Construction, investors and related units performed the groundbreaking ceremony to start the project.

The My Hanh social housing project, invested by Bee Home Long An Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company, is built on an area of 1,496m² with a scale of a 12-storey apartment building, including 175 apartments, with a total investment of more than 75 billion VND. This project aims to meet the housing needs of workers and low-income laborers, contributing to the implementation of the social security policy of the Party and the State.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Dinh Thanh Manh - Project Executive Director, affirmed that the investor is committed to construction on schedule, according to planning, ensuring quality, safety and strictly complying with legal regulations.

Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Nguyen Van Trang emphasized that the My Hanh Social Housing project has practical significance in solving the need for social housing in the area, contributing to promoting sustainable socio -economic development, attracting investment and improving people's lives.

He requested the investor to continue to focus resources, speed up construction progress, ensure completion and put the project into operation on schedule. Provincial leaders and the Department of Construction will continue to accompany, support, and create all favorable conditions for the project to be implemented effectively.

The groundbreaking of the Social Housing project in My Hanh commune is expected to become a model in developing social housing funds, meeting the urgent need for accommodation for workers, while contributing to the implementation of the local sustainable development goals./.
