Training on the delimitation of authority of two-level local authorities in the field of land

Reporters from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province conveyed the key contents of Decree No. 151/2025/ND-CP; important regulations on the issue of delimiting the authority of two-level local authorities in the field of land; instructions on the order and procedures for implementing administrative procedures on land under the authority of the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level.

Officers of the Land Management Department introduced new points of the 2024 Land Law.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province, Tran Thi Thuy Trang, said that the implementation of Decree 151/ND-CP is an urgent requirement in the current context, especially after An Giang province merged administrative units. The commune level, which is closest to the people and has been properly empowered, will be the vanguard force in reforming administrative procedures to practically protect people's land rights.

Comrade Tran Thi Thuy Trang hopes that after the conference, the team working in land management will have a firm grasp of the regulations to handle administrative procedures quickly, accurately, synchronously, and in accordance with the law, contributing to improving the investment and business environment, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses.
