Surprising discovery about hours of exercise that help prolong life

New research published in the scientific journal Nature Communications has found that exercising in the afternoon is more effective at prolonging life than exercising in the morning or evening.

To examine the association between exercise, timing of exercise, and overall mortality risk, researchers used health and demographic data from 92,000 people in a UK biomedical database.

Exercising in the afternoon is more effective in reducing the risk of premature death than exercising in the morning or evening.

All participants wore monitors to track exercise time and fitness levels.

The researchers then classified these people into four groups according to their exercise times: Morning exercise, from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m.; Afternoon exercise from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Evening exercise from 5 p.m. to night; A group that exercised at different times of the day.

After 7 years, 3,088 people died, of which 1,076 died from heart disease and 1,872 died from cancer... The results also showed that people who exercised in the afternoon had a lower risk of early death than those who exercised in the morning or evening. Summer heat-relieving fruits: Lemon cures heatstroke, orange clears heat

Oranges, lemons, grapefruits, and tangerines are citrus fruits that are cooling, contain high water content, and are rich in vitamin C, helping to reduce thirst and strengthen the body's immune system.

Oranges and tangerines are rich in vitamins and minerals. Specialist Doctor Huynh Tan Vu, Head of the Day Treatment Unit, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, said that oranges are sweet, cool, and have the effect of clearing heat, clearing the lungs, and eliminating phlegm. Oranges are also rich in vitamins, minerals, flavonoids, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, etc. Orange juice is a delicious, nutritious summer drink that can be combined with other tubers and fruits to make attractive juices. You can add a little salt or sugar to make it easier to drink and not harm the stomach.

However, be careful not to drink too much orange juice, only 1 cup/day, equivalent to about 200 ml. Pregnant women can drink more but should divide it into several times. Children should only drink 1/2 orange per day. People with stomach ulcers, duodenal ulcers, pancreatitis, or kidney disease should limit their orange intake.
