In cases of land use within the traffic corridor, the People's Committee of Thang Binh district directs the compensation unit to coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and related departments and units to inspect and measure according to the current status of use, clearly determine the origin of the land, the time of land use and consider and resolve compensation for households and individuals in accordance with the provisions of law.

In the area of ​​the railway overpass construction in Binh Quy commune, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee specifically directed the settlement of cases within the land acquisition and clearance line, or outside the land acquisition and clearance line. If within the area of ​​the land acquisition and clearance line, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the People's Committee of Thang Binh district will focus on propaganda and mobilization for the last time. In case of non-compliance, consolidate and complete the records and procedures to protect the construction or enforce land recovery in accordance with regulations, to be completed before August 30, 2024.

In the remaining cases, the district will focus on completing documents, procedures, and approving compensation and site clearance plans before July 31, 2024 to implement the next steps in accordance with regulations.
