From August 26 to September 25, the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) will apply inspection measures on each batch of cauliflower (HS code 0704.10.00.00.7 - cauliflower, broccoli, fresh or chilled) imported from Vietnam. Before the deadline, if there is an extension, TFDA will post the information on the electronic information portal (no separate written notice).

From the above situation, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province requested the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to strengthen propaganda and dissemination of this content to related enterprises, cooperatives and farming households.

Direct specialized agencies to strengthen propaganda and guidance for farmers, cooperatives and businesses to comply with safe vegetable production processes, use pesticides in accordance with regulations, and ensure traceability. Coordinate with plant quarantine units and quality control agencies to support businesses before exporting.

Enterprises exporting cauliflower to Taiwan need to proactively contact import partners in Taiwan to clearly understand regulations, prepare necessary documents and papers, complete and accurate according to Taiwan's regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment .
