The questionnaire for foreign manufacturers and exporters has been issued. The deadline for submitting the questionnaire is March 7, 2025.
To promptly respond to the incident, the Trade Defense Department recommends that the Vietnam Steel Association (VSA) notify relevant manufacturing and exporting enterprises; and recommend that enterprises participate if necessary.
For manufacturing and exporting enterprises, according to the Trade Defense Department, they need to register to participate and answer the investigation questionnaire within the prescribed time limit and format. Cooperate fully and comprehensively with the investigation agency (including answering the investigation questionnaire, sending comments, etc.) throughout the entire process of the case to avoid being concluded as non-cooperative or incompletely cooperating (often leading to unfavorable results). Ensure compliance with the prescribed instructions, formats and deadlines. Contact and coordinate with the Trade Defense Department to receive timely support.
