A Pennsylvania state court judge on October 31 did not rule to prevent billionaire Elon Musk from rewarding voters, instead transferring the case to federal court.
At a hearing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Judge Angelo Foglietta said he would postpone the lawsuit against Elon Musk, while the federal court considers whether to accept the case, Reuters reported on October 31.
With the decision, Mr. Musk will continue his program of awarding $1 million a day to people who sign his petition on free speech and gun rights. The prize will be awarded randomly and will continue until the US presidential election on November 5.

The donation only applies to voters registered in one of the seven battleground states that have a major influence on the election results: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
What did billionaire Musk say when President Biden mocked him as an 'illegal worker'?
Earlier, Philadelphia prosecutor Larry Krasner sought to block Musk's donation activities as the White House race between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris entered its final sprint week. Mr. Krasner accused Tesla (US) boss Elon Musk and America PAC of launching an illegal lottery to influence voters.
Outside the Pennsylvania courtroom on October 31, prosecutor John Summers said he would seek to have the case returned to state court, as it was a matter of state law.
According to Reuters, Mr. Musk has so far donated nearly $120 million to America PAC to support Donald Trump's campaign. America PAC has also had many activities knocking on doors to mobilize Trump supporters to vote.
