Thanh Hoa welcomes Lao art troupe in "Lao Cultural Week in Vietnam 2025"

The reception not only affirmed the close relationship between the two localities of Thanh Hoa - Hua Phan, but also contributed to a strong cultural bridge in the special friendship between Vietnam and Laos.

At the reception, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh expressed his joy at welcoming the delegation of the Lao Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and briefly introduced the rich historical and cultural traditions of Thanh Hoa.

He affirmed that Thanh Hoa and Hua Phan province (Laos) have maintained close cooperation in many fields for many years, achieving many positive results, contributing to strengthening the bond and promoting the traditional cultural beauty of the two nations.

The head of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee emphasized that "Lao Cultural Week in Vietnam" has become one of the meaningful activities, contributing to helping the people of the two countries have a deeper understanding of history and culture, thereby further strengthening the special solidarity and close bond between Vietnam and Laos.

He expressed his hope that in the coming time, there will be more meaningful exchange and cooperation programs organized in Thanh Hoa, thereby continuing to foster the great, everlasting friendship between the two Parties, two States and peoples of the two countries, as well as between Thanh Hoa and Hua Phan.

In his reply, Lao Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Darany Phommavongsa emphasized that the "Lao Cultural Week in Vietnam" is an important event, contributing to strengthening the special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, two States and peoples of Laos and Vietnam.

The Lao Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism also shared: "The art performances at Lam Son Theater (Thanh Hoa) tonight will deeply recreate the cultural life of Lao tribes, while praising the loyal and lasting friendship between the two peoples."

The Lao Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism thanked the leaders of Thanh Hoa province and relevant units for creating favorable conditions for the successful organization of activities within the framework of "Lao Cultural Week in Vietnam 2025", and believed that the cooperative relationship between Thanh Hoa and Hua Phan provinces will develop more and more strongly.

The Deputy Minister expressed his firm belief that the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Laos and Vietnam will remain forever green and sustainable.
