Thanh Hoa guides and deploys propaganda for Party congresses at all levels

NDO - The Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has just issued Guidelines for propaganda for party congresses at all levels, the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

The content of the regular propaganda guidance on Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought; theory and practice on the path to socialism in Vietnam; 95 years of glorious history and the development and growth of the Party; outstanding achievements, lessons learned on creatively applying Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought to the practical conditions of Vietnam, especially the achievements after 40 years of carrying out the country's renovation in all fields; results of summarizing practices, developing theories, new methods, models, new factors appearing in practice creating a foundation for continuing to research and plan the country's development path in the new period. Affirming the correct and wise leadership of the Party is the leading factor deciding all victories of the Vietnamese revolution.

Strengthen the dissemination of the contents of Directive 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo along with plans and directive documents of the Central Committee and Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on organizing party congresses at all levels, the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress; focusing on disseminating a number of new points in Directive 35-CT/TW such as continuing to rectify and strongly innovate cadre work, personnel work, preparing documents, party committee standards, structure, proportion of cadres participating in party committees, number of party committee members, standing committee members at all levels, and personnel procedures.

Accordingly, all levels, sectors, agencies and units organize propaganda in many appropriate forms according to assigned political tasks, local conditions and realities, emphasizing the key role of local press agencies, district and commune-level broadcasting systems, promoting websites/electronic information portals, the internet and social networks to post propaganda content.

Thanh Hoa continues to organize oral propaganda and extensive political activities; visual propaganda and agitation; and organize and promote propaganda effectiveness through forms of competitions, composition, compilation, publishing, distribution, online interaction, exhibitions, and thematic displays; integrate and convey propaganda content through cultural, artistic, and sports activities.

The Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department also provided specific instructions, organized and implemented three peak propaganda campaigns and requested departments, branches, agencies, the Fatherland Front, unions, socio-political organizations, localities in the province and central press agencies to proactively deploy, organize and implement, and raise responsibility and political awareness before the important event of the homeland and country.
