Establish 53 professional clusters of general education institutions

According to information from the Department of Education and Training, in order to facilitate the direction, management and supervision of professional activities of general education institutions when operating two-level local government, the department has established 53 professional clusters for nearly 970 general education institutions in the province for the 2025-2026 school year.

Specifically, high school has 12 professional clusters, middle school has 24 professional clusters, and primary school has 17 professional clusters.

Each professional cluster has a cluster leader and a deputy cluster leader, who is the school principal and represents the communes and wards in the area.

Students participate in STEM Day organized by the Department of Education and Training.

Cluster leaders are responsible for organizing professional cluster activities in accordance with the operating regulations issued by the Department of Education and Training; proactively organizing professional support activities for schools in the cluster to improve the professional qualifications and pedagogical skills of the management staff and teachers and improve teaching quality according to current directives.
