The 2023 Miss Hong Kong pageant is officially underway. Ms. Lok Di-ling, a senior manager at TVB, the organizer of the pageant, said that the quality of contestants this year is better than previous years.

According to HK01, this year, TVB will have new exam formats. In addition to direct interviews, the Organizing Committee will use AI and ChatGPT technology during the Q&A and interview process.
TVB General Director Eric Tsang added that this format will be time-consuming and increase the difficulty for contestants as well as the judges.
However, thanks to the application of artificial intelligence technology, the competitive environment will be fairer when the judges do not know the appearance and registration number of the candidates, but must rely on their intelligence and performance to evaluate.
Miss Hong Kong 2023 contestants are rated higher than every year
In addition, the Miss Hong Kong 2023 Organizing Committee has also tightened the entry criteria. The Organizing Committee only accepts candidates from 17 to under 28 years old, unmarried, never pregnant and must be recommended by someone related to the culture and arts industry.
At the same time, the contestants must not be TVB staff or related to Hong Kong television stations. They also must not have contractual ties with any artist management company.
Ms. Lac Di Linh also revealed that she will organize the bikini contest at My Khe beach ( Da Nang ). The organizers of the Miss Hong Kong contest love Vietnam's beaches.
