Vietnam's Next Top Model contestant tells story of Vietnamese youth in short video

After the challenges in the previous 4 episodes, the Top 10 of Vietnam's Next Top Model 2025 arrived in Hanoi in a special atmosphere when the whole country was joyfully looking forward to the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2. This is the setting for episode 5, where the contestants are challenged not only in their professional skills but also in their responsibility as young people in spreading love for their homeland and country.

At the beginning of episode 5, the contestants participated in a Master class with singer Vo Ha Tram - a guest who instructed them on acting skills in front of the camera. With the short video recording competition with the song Nguyen La Nguoi Viet Nam (I Will Be Vietnamese) , the female singer helped the contestants learn how to control their facial expressions, eyes, mouth shape, and demeanor to convey their emotions.

In the challenge in Hanoi, the Top 10 were divided into 3 teams. Their task was to make a short video of maximum 3 minutes, telling the story of Vietnamese youth in the new era: daring to dream, knowing how to act, full of love and national pride.

After much effort, Team A (Ai Bang - Tra My - Tuyet Mai - My Ngan) made an impression with their skillful presentation.

Meanwhile, Team B (Mai Hoa – Bao Ngoc – Kim Thanh) moved the judges when they cleverly combined a true story from Mai Hoa’s family: wartime memories told by her grandmother, and current images of a peaceful Vietnam. Their message “Peace is beautiful” brought many emotions.

Team C (Mi Lan - Giang Phung - Diep Luc) revealed many limitations due to the lack of cohesion, leading to a product that was disjointed in both story and message.
