Students confirm admission online on the 10th grade admission portal

Accordingly, this year is the first year the Department of Education and Training has implemented online confirmation of 10th grade admission instead of parents having to go to the high school where they have passed the entrance exam to confirm their children's admission directly.

Specifically, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City said that to confirm admission to specialized, integrated and regular 10th grade for the 2024-2025 school year, parents must follow the following 4 steps:

Step 1 : Students/Parents open a web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Coc Coc...).

Step 2 : Access the address: https://ts10.hcm.edu.vn and select [Look up 10th grade entrance exam results].

Step 3 : Enter account information and password then select [Login].

Step 4 : The interface displays the student's profile information and grade 10 results. Then the student/parent confirms enrollment according to the following notes:

- [Confirmation of admission]: Confirmation of admission according to the accepted school.

- [Confirmation of not submitting application (waiting for other wishes)]: Confirmation of not enrolling in the school to which you have been admitted, waiting for consideration of your wish to enroll in another school in the next search round.

- [Confirmation of not submitting application (non-public study)]: Confirmation of not enrolling in the school accepted to study non-public.

Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training noted that each profile can only be confirmed once , so students and parents should consider carefully before proceeding.

- After successfully confirming admission, students/parents will issue an admission confirmation form.

Candidates admitted to grade 10 at specialized high schools, high schools that organize integrated English programs and direct admission can use their accounts to access ts10.hcm.edu.vn to confirm online admission from June 25 until before 4:00 p.m. on June 29.

After the above time, if candidates do not submit their application for admission, the school will remove their names from the admission list. Only candidates who are admitted after the review results will submit their application for admission to the school, specialized classes, and integrated classes on July 5.

In addition to announcing the benchmark scores for specialized and integrated 10th grade for the 2024-2025 school year, the Department of Education and Training also noted that if students do not pass the entrance exam or do not apply to specialized schools, classes, or integrated classes, they can still participate in the admission exam for other 10th grade high schools according to the 3 wishes they registered for the entrance exam.

It is expected that by July 10, the Department of Education and Training will announce the admission scores and the list of candidates admitted to regular grade 10 of public schools. Candidates admitted to the high school from July 11 to August 1 will submit their admission applications to the high school they were admitted to. After 4 p.m. on August 1, if candidates do not submit their admission applications, the school will remove their names from the list of admitted candidates.
