Hong Linh Town honors 33 outstanding businesses and entrepreneurs

At the meeting, the People's Committee of Hong Linh Town (Ha Tinh) acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of businesses and entrepreneurs in performing the task of socio -economic development in the area.

On the afternoon of October 11, the People's Committee of Hong Linh town held a meeting to honor businesses and entrepreneurs on the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day (October 13, 2004 - October 13, 2023).

Attending the meeting were Deputy Head of the Ha Tinh National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia, leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

Hong Linh Town has 470 enterprises, 19 cooperatives, and 3,370 business households that have been actively contributing to job creation and increasing income for workers.

In the first 9 months of 2023, the town's budget revenue reached 240 billion VND, an increase of 83% over the same period; total social investment capital reached 920 billion VND.

The town has attracted 2 new investment projects with a total registered capital of 680.7 billion VND (TDP 1 residential area project, Nam Hong ward and Noi Coc yarn factory project at Nam Hong industrial park).

A number of technical infrastructure investment projects and production and business investment projects in the area are being actively implemented.

The urban cultural and civilized lifestyle has had positive changes; social security work has been given attention; national defense and security have been maintained; social order and safety are stable, which are important conditions for the town to continue to attract investment as well as for businesses to feel secure in production and business.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of Hong Linh Town People's Committee Nguyen Huy Hung acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements and contributions of the town's business community and entrepreneurs in recent times.

At the same time, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hong Linh Town affirmed that Hong Linh Town is committed to continuing to accompany businesses and entrepreneurs in implementing solutions to remove difficulties in production and business; strengthening administrative reforms, creating the most favorable conditions for businesses in all fields.

Promote activities to call for and attract investors; coordinate well in State management of enterprises; regularly contact and exchange with enterprises to promptly grasp their thoughts, aspirations and legitimate recommendations.

On this occasion, the Town People's Committee honored 16 outstanding enterprises and businessmen and 17 enterprises and businessmen with many contributions to social security, charity, humanitarian work and socio-economic development of Hong Linh town in 2023.
