Emphasizing the need to strengthen digital transformation, build a digital society, digital government, and digital citizens, the Prime Minister commended the efforts and achievements of Phu Tho Provincial Police in implementing Project 06 on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the 2022-2025 period, with a vision to 2030.
The Prime Minister requested the Phu Tho Provincial Police to continue to thoroughly grasp and resolutely, synchronously and effectively implement the Party and State's guidelines, policies and laws on public security work; including the tasks assigned under Project 06 and Directive No. 04/CT-TTg dated February 11, 2024 of the Prime Minister on continuing to promote the implementation of the Project; strictly comply with the direct command and management of the Minister of Public Security .
Suggesting some more issues of principle and orientation, the Prime Minister stated that Phu Tho Provincial Police need to be more determined and make greater efforts in implementing Project 06, in a comprehensive and holistic direction but with focus and key points, completing each task thoroughly, with appropriate, certain and effective steps and methods.
Accordingly, it is necessary to clearly identify the most important tasks in implementing the Project, both meeting immediate requirements but still having to think long-term; with the goal of security, safety, and public safety, contributing to protecting national security, social order and safety, for the peaceful life of the people, aiming towards the people, taking the people as the center and the subject.
The Prime Minister noted good coordination between forces and other agencies in using shared data to avoid waste; attention should be paid to investing in infrastructure, developing modern, open information technology systems, and being able to use appropriate and effective forms such as renting equipment.
Along with that, the Prime Minister requested the Phu Tho Provincial Police to continue to effectively carry out tasks of ensuring security and order, including ensuring security and safety for the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day and Hung Temple Festival; constantly innovate leadership, direction, organization, implementation, and activities appropriate to the situation, always be proactive and creative; raise vigilance, not be subjective or negligent in all situations; be close to the people, understand the people, grasp the area, and stick closely to the subjects; innovate and improve the quality of training, education, and training and do well in professional measures, especially applying science and technology and digital transformation right from the grassroots level; pay attention to human resource training to meet requirements; do well in coordination with other forces.
The Prime Minister noted that it is necessary to prepare plans and handle well all complicated and unusual situations that may occur. In normal times, we must think about complicated times, and in complicated times, we must calmly handle them to return to normal.
The Prime Minister requested the Phu Tho Police force to continue to focus on doing well the Party building work, further promoting the spirit of "forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people", "as long as the Party exists, I exist", "honor is the most sacred and noble thing", and excellently completing all tasks assigned by the Party, State and people. Departments, branches and localities in the province must also coordinate closely so that the police force and functional forces can complete their tasks.
