On the evening of October 2, comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected, visited and encouraged the leadership team, officials of Tan Quang commune, and the forces performing rescue and traffic control duties at the flooded point Km46, National Highway 2 in Tan Quang commune. Also present were leaders of a number of provincial units.

Also present were leaders of a number of provincial units.

Due to the impact of storm No. 10, Km46, National Highway 2, Tan Quang commune was deeply flooded, causing prolonged traffic congestion. According to records, after nearly 2 days of flooding, as of 9:00 p.m. on October 2, some large trucks could pass. Many small cars and other vehicles had to wait for the water to recede before they could move through the flooded area. A large number of vehicles lined up for several kilometers; many people were transported by rescue forces using specialized vehicles.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hoped that the forces would continue to make efforts to overcome difficulties, divide into teams to regulate and provide timely support, ensuring absolute safety for people and property.
