Also present were General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense; Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs; Bui Thanh Son, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Prime Minister; and leaders of central ministries and branches.
At the working session, the Prime Minister and the working delegation listened to the leaders of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Defense Industry report on the results of leadership, direction and implementation of all aspects of work of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department on defense industry development.
The Prime Minister highly appreciated the preparations of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Defense Industry for the working session.
On behalf of the Party and State leaders, the Prime Minister acknowledged and commended the outstanding results and achievements in the first 9 months of 2025 of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Defense Industry.
