Vietnam-Germany Strategic Partnership is increasingly deepening

On the afternoon of October 6, at the National Assembly House, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai received the President of the World University Support Organization, Federal Republic of Germany (WUS), Dr. Kambiz Ghawami, authorized representative of the state of Hessen, who is on a working trip to Vietnam.

Appreciating Dr. Kambiz Ghawami's contributions to strengthening and developing the friendship, cooperation and strategic partnership between Vietnam and Germany in general and Hessen State in particular in many fields, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai affirmed that Vietnam always attaches importance to and wishes to develop the Strategic Partnership with Germany in general and Hessen State in particular.

The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly said that the population field is an important content that the Vietnamese National Assembly is interested in with new perspectives, considering this as the driving force of growth and needs incentive policies to have a young workforce in the future.

With the increasingly practical and effective cooperation between the agencies of the two countries' National Assembly, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly hopes that the two countries will continue to have many cooperative activities in training, fostering and sharing knowledge through delegation exchanges, inviting experts and scientists from Vietnam and Germany to participate; exchanging experiences in areas of Germany's strengths; and at the same time, actively implementing activities towards the 80th anniversary of the founding of the state of Hessen.

Wishing Dr. Kambiz Ghawami to continue contributing to the development of relations between Vietnam and Germany in general, and with the state of Hessen in particular, the Vice President of the National Assembly emphasized the exchange of experiences in building an e-Parliament, digital transformation, science and technology transfer; promoting the role of the Vietnam-Germany University; financial and budget management...

Thanking the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly for taking the time to meet him, Dr. Kambiz Ghawami expressed his interest in the Population Law project expected to be submitted to the Vietnamese National Assembly at the upcoming 10th Session.

Dr. Kambiz Ghawami affirmed that with his affection and responsibility, he will continue to make practical contributions, contributing to deepening and making the Vietnam-Germany Strategic Partnership more and more effective; he believes that the cooperative relationship between the Vietnamese National Assembly and the German Parliament, including the state of Hessen, will be continuously consolidated, enhanced and developed well./.
