The report on the preparation for the congress of the Party Committee of Thai Son Corporation, the appraisal report of the General Department of Politics and the opinions expressed at the conference unanimously affirmed: Closely following the direction of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission and the guidance of the General Department of Politics, up to this point, the preparation work for the 10th congress of the Party Committee of Thai Son Corporation, term 2025-2030 has been seriously, closely and in accordance with the order of steps in terms of documents, personnel plans and congress organization plan under the direction of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission and the guidance of the General Department of Politics.

The draft political report has a reasonable, concise, specific, easy-to-implement structure, demonstrating the comprehensive leadership role of the Party Committee of the Corporation in all aspects of work. The review of the leadership work for the 2020-2025 term objectively, comprehensively, and appropriately assessed the results achieved; the review clarified shortcomings, limitations, and causes in the leadership of implementing key tasks and building the Party Committee of the Corporation; and drew 4 lessons learned in the leadership and direction of the Party Committee in the coming term. The orientation section determined the direction, goals, breakthroughs, tasks, and leadership solutions to build a comprehensively strong Corporation, a "typical model", performing production and business functions and tasks of combining economy with national defense and security, contributing to building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern army.

Acknowledging and appreciating the preparations for the Party Congress of Thai Son Corporation, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong emphasized: The Party Committee of Thai Son Corporation has thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the directives and instructions of the superiors on the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; directed the Party organizations in the Party Committee to hold the congress in accordance with principles and procedures and complete the content well according to regulations; at the same time, actively and proactively prepared documents, personnel and other aspects to ensure the organization of the congress as planned.

Basically agreeing with the report of the Party Committee of Thai Son Corporation on the preparation for the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; agreeing with the appraisal report of the General Department of Politics and the opinions expressed at the conference on the draft documents to be submitted to the Congress, the personnel plan and the plan to organize the congress; Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong requested the Party Committee of Thai Son Corporation to fully absorb the appraisal content of the General Department of Politics and the opinions of the delegates at the conference to supplement and complete the draft documents. In particular, the content of the Draft Political Report must fully and deeply reflect the outstanding results achieved during the term, especially the results of leadership in implementing political tasks, leadership in building a strong and comprehensive Corporation "exemplary and typical".

Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong noted that the Party Committee of Thai Son Corporation should study and supplement the goals, tasks, and leadership solutions for the 2025-2030 term to ensure comprehensiveness and closeness to the Corporation's tasks, and supplement the data in the appendix to deepen the leadership results for the 2020-2025 term.

Regarding personnel work, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong requested the Party Committee of Thai Son Corporation to continue to review and do well all preparations and properly carry out the personnel work procedures and steps before organizing the congress, ensuring that the election congress follows the principles and procedures and achieves good results, maintaining stability, strengthening solidarity and unity within the Party Committee.
