The contest aims to create opportunities for creative artists, contributing to promoting creativity and artistic development. Contestants can register for the contest via the Hanoi On App from now until November 19, the semi-finals from December 12 to 15, the final night takes place on December 26 at the Hoan Kiem Theater. Contestants will compete in 3 musical performance styles: classical chamber music, folk music and light music, focusing on songs about Hanoi, especially songs associated with the 70th anniversary of the capital's liberation.

In addition to the special prize, the Organizing Committee also awarded 3 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 5 special prizes.
