The body of a victim missing due to flash floods was found in Cao Bang.

On October 1, Cao Bang Provincial Police said that authorities discovered a male body about 2km from the flash flood site in the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway Construction Investment Project Management Board, Ban Neng hamlet, Duc Long commune.

According to the family's confirmation, the victim is Ly Le Anh Tu, born in 2002, residing in Yen Lac, Na Ri commune, Thai Nguyen province. Currently, the forces continue to search for the remaining victims.

From September 29 to October 1, due to the impact of storm No. 10 (Bualoi), Cao Bang Provincial Police directed the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department to mobilize 100% of officers and soldiers to participate in rescuing people and property in a timely manner, overcoming the consequences caused by storms and floods. The unit mobilized two vehicles and 18 officers and soldiers to participate in searching for three missing victims due to flash floods in the area of ​​the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Up to this point, there are still two missing victims who have not been found: Nguyen Viet Truong, born in 2002, residing in Ba Vi, Hanoi; Dinh Thi Hai, born in 1989, residing in Y Yen, Nam Dinh province.
